I am feeling great physically and that’s only been since last 5 days.  Just making little adjustment to my eating habits has made a big change to my attitude and my being.  Having energy and feeling good shows that I was not drinking enough water and you know since Sunday I have been drinking 3 litre of water and cleaning my system out also I noticed that I had little bit of honey nut cornflakes and the taste was so sweet that I could not eat after having two spoonful so I had to chuck it in the bin.  The old taste buds are coming back.  I am currently eating plate full of salad for lunch and taking the ultimate cleanser and I know its already helping me.  Now anything which has artificial sweets in it I don’t want to put it in my body any more.

Miss Tailor’s work has truly been a life saver for my family and I cannot thank her enough.  My mother was diagnosed with breast cancer in August of last year.  Although we had been through chemo-therapy and tried various treatments, it was not until Miss Tailor came that thing really changed.  With patience, and skill, Miss Tailor showed visually the effect lifestyle has on our body. There has been a complete turnaround in lifestyle for my mother. Real ownership of the issue and empowerment to change, has come thanks to Miss Tailors session.  I'm still thankful to her to this day and would recommend her services to any one.

Before I met Geeta, I was undergoing private healthcare and after spending approximately 1 year and £8,000, I felt my efforts and money were being wasted .  My condition was diagnosed as Vitiligo, a skin pigmentation condition, where patches of white skin started appearing on some parts of my body.  This resulted in me losing my self confidence and I felt embarrassed when socialising with friends After seeing no difference with the private treatments, I then lead towards Ayurveda.  Here on my first consultation they took my blood pressure and my weight was taken plus several questions were asked.  I was given some white tablets and was asked to change my diet which I did.  I spent over £1,500 and again with no improvements to my skin.  At this stage I felt that there was no hope and accepted my condition. I was then introduced to Geeta in July last year and having a general chat she noticed my skin condition and asked me what treatment I was taking so I told her the long story of my previous treatments, and she suggested that I should pay her a visit. At this stage I thought what could she do that private healthcare and Ayurveda couldn’t, but I never lost hope so I paid her a visit.  To my surprise she was very professional and made me feel completely relaxed and she explained every step of the way what she was doing and for once I understood what it all meant, none of the medical jargons. The consultation included looking at the quality of my blood cells and what the different profiles indicated. Her approach towards the whole consultation was brilliant. My blood was analysed and I was shocked when I saw the results against the comparison of what normal red cells should look like and how mine looked.  The consultation was focused on educating me on how food and lifestyle can have an affect on your blood cells.. After the consultation I followed the diet she suggested and some food supplements like Green Barley Grass, Essential Fats, etc. After 6 weeks or so I started to notice changes taking place within, I felt energetic and felt like I was bouncing off the ceiling - I felt great!  No more feeling of tiredness - I just couldn’t sit still.  As I carried on with recommended diet and supplements into my 10th week or so I started to notice the skin pigmentation changes taking place and my natural skin colour being restored. Geeta’s consultation never promised to restore the skin pigmentation, but only to improve my blood flow.  This as you can imagine was extra bonus to me as there are clear signs of my skin colour being restored. I am so grateful and indebted to Geeta for changing my life, getting my self-confidence back with full of energy. Thank You very much Geeta.

Thank you so much for the Blood Analysis you did for me recently and the very detailed report you sent. I was fascinated by the amount of information you can glean from a few blood samples, backed up with scientific facts. As well as the report you sent I learned a lot from the discussion we had, you really are a mine of information about nutrition and how to live a healthy lifestyle!  I’ve since started to put into practice the recommendations you made, and although it’s early days, I do feel a benefit already.

There is nothing quite like seeing what's going on in your blood to give you the impetus to do some of those things you've been thinking about but never got round to health wise.  I went to Geeta because, despite eating healthily, I was still feeling tired.  Who knew that for various reasons I wasn't absorbing the food properly and my lack of exercise meant my lymph wasn't working as well as it could (and that was just a few of the things!)  I'm a big believer in getting to the cause of the problem and Geeta has the knowledge to enable that.  She also gave me the time, support, resources and comprehensive information I needed to understand what was going on and put some things in place to address it.  Two weeks after seeing her, I was feeling a lot better and full of energy.  This continues today along with some of the changes I made after seeing her.  Your blood is unique to you.  If you're not feeling yourself or have symptoms you've found hard to get rid of Geeta has the tools to help you find out what's really going on and offer you some solutions that work with your body rather than against it.

I first heard about wet and dry blood analysis from a friend who had attended a Tony Robbins seminar, and told me how fascinating it was to see the state of one’s blood and then be able to gauge improvements to its quality by following recommended dietary guidelines.

When the opportunity came to have my blood analysed, I jumped at the chance. Wet blood is more ‘interesting’ than dry blood in my opinion, because you can see it as the living, moving, life-giving, cell-nourishing medium that it is – but in my case it showed that although I thought  I was being reasonably careful about my diet and lifestyle, my blood showed something very different. My first analysis revealed a highly acidic environment from too much protein, too many carbohydrates and too much sugar – that sugar can come from grains and fruit as well as sweets and alcohol.  I thought I drank a reasonable amount of water each day – my blood said not – in fact it cried out that it was dehydrated, causing the cells to stick together and in fact the whole environment was quite toxic, with acid crystals clearly visible and some red blood cells actually fermenting from too much yeast and sugar.  Scary!

Dry blood is more of a historical journey back through the years.  That was also revealing; as a one-time heavy smoker, that damage to the lungs was still evident.  As someone who over the years has done periodic cleansing and fasting retreats, I was surprised to find evidence of a highly toxic colon.

The advice I was given was to hydrate my body and my blood by increasing my water intake, to alkalise my blood by taking green foods and their juices, to eliminate animal protein and carbohydrates and supplement my diet with good fats.I went on a 2 week cleansing detox shortly after this first analysis and when I returned to have my blood reassessed after a mere 5 weeks, the results were incredible.  I’m not saying that everything was picture perfect in that short space of time, or that I had stuck to the regimen 100% but there was very clear evidence that a few dietary changes could impact on the quality of my blood.  Most obvious was the effect of proper hydration and cutting down on sugars, revealing red blood cells that were plump and round and no longer clumped together.  The overall picture looked infinitely better, and some but not all toxicity had gone from the colon.  Yes, there is still some way to go, but it is very heartening and very gratifying to see how I have been able to improve the quality of my own live blood by incorporating a few simple nutritional and lifestyle recommendations.  The evidence is there to see and I look forward to my next session and to getting my blood to the highest quality.  I thoroughly recommend having the analysis done.
