The Pros Are Now Going Natural!
I recently read an article in the Observer how champion boxer Amir Khan has ditched his high calorie diet and protein shakes for lentils and sprouts to enhance performance. Its great to see the pros now embracing “real” food in their quest to perform better and stay healthy. Strength & energy come from eating the “right”
food. Excess protein can cause
imbalances in the body resulting in weaker bones and degeneration. Read the article here.
